The Headquarters Building provides 3 uniquely different types of spaces, from the more relaxed Baffin Lounge through to the open Catalina Room with covered deck that rolls out onto a park and playground.

The Sunderland Lounge provides a large, acoustically treated, beautifully refurbished hall, suitable for up to 230 people (seated conference style) or up to 160 people seated at rectangular tables (depending your on spacing requirements). There are also two other spaces, one of which is suitable for smaller parties up to around 30 people.

NB: Hire must finish at 10pm and all guests depart. Our commercial cleaners are the only people permitted onsite after 10pm. Commercial cleaning that is required can take place after your hire is complete and no hire fee will be charged for the time they use (you just pay the cleaning company their fee).
